Alpha notice. This policy is a launch draft for Adagio's alpha service and should be reviewed before general availability. Do not upload protected health information, regulated clinical data, or identifiable human genomic data unless Adagio has a written agreement with you that explicitly allows that use.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information created while using Adagio, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
- Contact information, such as an email address submitted to the waitlist.
- Account information, such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
- Pipeline information, including saved pipeline names, descriptions, graph specs, layout, plugin metadata, and provenance.
- Run information, including selected inputs, parameters, logs, status events, outputs, runtime configuration, and error reports.
- Payment and billing metadata when paid graphical runs become available. Payment card details should be handled by a payment provider, not stored by Adagio.
- Security and usage telemetry, such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, request paths, and service diagnostics.
How We Use Information
- Provide the editor, accounts, saved pipelines, pipeline execution, downloads, and support.
- Maintain provenance so results can be connected to inputs, parameters, software, and execution environments.
- Operate waitlist, account, billing, transactional, and service-notification emails.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, debug failures, and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and acceptable use rules.
Research Data And Sensitive Data
Adagio is intended for research workflows. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Adagio is not intended to receive protected health information, electronic protected health information, regulated clinical records, or identifiable human genomic data. Users are responsible for confirming that they have the rights and approvals needed to upload and process their data.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Adagio, such as hosting, authentication, email, analytics, observability, storage, security, and payment providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect the service, or at your direction when you publish or share a pipeline.
Retention And Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, secure the service, and maintain backups. We should define production retention windows before paid runs go live for uploaded inputs, outputs, logs, caches, deleted accounts, and backups.
Your Choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting privacy@adagio.run. Some requests may require identity verification, and some information may need to be retained for security, billing, legal, or backup reasons.
Cookies And Analytics
Adagio may use essential cookies for authentication and service operation. If we add non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we should document them here and provide any consent or opt-out controls required for the regions where Adagio is offered.
Children
Adagio is not directed to children. Users should not create accounts or submit personal information if they are under the age required to consent to use online services in their jurisdiction.
